may traverse private property or areas designated for specific uses. It is your responsibility to ascertain and respect these boundaries. The mapped trails are potential routes; adherence to off-highway vehicle (OHV) laws and regulations is your responsibility. Please stay on marked trails.
3. OHV trails can undergo constant changes. It is advisable to conduct your own research with OHV agencies to ensure compliance with ALL relevant laws and regulations.
4. Some trail routes may not be accurate and have not been verified for accuracy.

6. Pre-ran routes are exclusively for On Point Trails© app users. Information cannot be exported. On Point Trails© reserves the right to suspend or delete any account for violations of terms of use.
7. Subscriptions are required for access to the map and are non-refundable. Yearly
subscribers to On Point Trails© app MUST cancel before the due date to avoid renewal charges. Subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal.
8. Noncommercial use only: Content from On Point Trails© may NOT be used for commercial purposes or resale.
